Compression stockings are not only great for people who are standing and, on their feet, they are also very beneficial for those individuals who spend time sitting. Compression stockings are often prescribed for edema associated with pregnancy and post-surgical. Compression stockings relieve tired, painful and achy legs, improve circulation and reduce edema. Examples of occupations that would benefit from compression stockings are waitresses, teachers, athletes, cashiers, secretaries, and truck drivers.

Compression stockings are supplied by Lunatik Atheletiks or Jobst. Stockings are offered in an over the counter (15-22 mmHG) and Medical Grade (20-30mmHg).
