Practice members love Torque Release because it is incredibly gentle, there is no cracking of bones or contorted positions to get into and it provides amazing results. This type of chiropractic goes far beyond providing relief from back and neck pain. By improving your nervous system function individuals experience many benefits including improved emotional wellbeing. Research published in one of the world’s most respected psychiatry journals demonstrated dramatically increased success in reducing anxiety and depression levels and improved measurements of wellbeing in patients receiving Torque Release Technique. Most people when adjusted this way experience a state of relaxation and an increased ability to handle stress.

"The chiropractic care that my daughter and I have received has helped both of us. I used to get a lot of lower and mid back pain when I would sit for just 20-30 minutes now I experience none to occasional pain in my low back. My right hand would become numb from excessive writing or typing at work. Now I have none at all. My daughter used to experience headaches quite often for an eight year old, now she never complains of them. I went to two different chiropractors in my life and neither of them informed me or educated me about chiropractic medicine like Dr. Oswell's office does. It is nice to see a service that offers a little personal touch in our busy lives today."
